We were privileged to attend the International Property Awards for Africa and Arabia 2023/2024 at the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai yesterday where we were proudly crowned as the Best Estate Agency Single Office Zambia and Best Lettings Agency.
We were also once again rated as a Five Star Company and nominated to compete at regional level for the Best of the World title to be held in London in February.
The major take away lessons we have learnt along the way is that real estate business is about creating, building and managing relationships with clients. This is the skill we work hard to master every day, navigating credibly to earn the trust of every single client, retain their loyalty and get referrals, every single satisfied customer represents a precious award and treasure that we value highly.
Our strive to better the quality of our services has earned us recognition on the World Stage and we pledge to pay our customers back by seeking to enhance and refine the quality of our services even more.
