Horizon Properties Limited is a real estate and construction company domiciled in Lusaka, the capital city of the Republic of Zambia. The company was registered in 2002 and incorporated in 2005. Its core business initially focused on the buying and selling of properties on behalf of its clients, as well as on its own behalf.

Over the years, the company expanded its operations into construction, property development, and land development. Its primary customers are property buyers and sellers, mainly in Zambia’s urban areas and farming blocks. Since 2008, Horizon Properties Limited has been providing building construction services to both the public and private sectors, leveraging its extensive expertise in property development.

The company was originally established as a business name under Cap. 389 of the Laws of Zambia and was registered under number 136240 in the Index of Registration in 2002. It operated on a limited scale until 2005. However, due to business growth and an expanding client base, the Directors decided to incorporate the entity in order to accommodate its increased responsibilities and better serve its growing number of customers.
